Perhaps it’s the quality of the reproductions but I find these to be drab and lifeless. Look at the expressions on some of these faces, the ones that have expressions. It leads me to wonder about the artist’s personal life but there is not much biographical material on her available. Frankly, I would not own any of this artwork.

Heh, I wonder if Spike Lee posed for “Man With Glasses.”

Bear in mind, these are mostly images of the unsold paintings from the estate, some of which are unfinished, and many are her early works. The production was simply to catalog the contents of the estate, and not intended for professional publishing. I would love to see her best works included here. However, the sold work is located in private collections and not available for public view.
Please contact the estate if you own any works, as they are looking to make a complete catalog. The estate will not publish images of works without the owner’s permission.
